We’re temporarily closing the Personalised Planning tool during the school holidays to complete some data maintenance tasks and deploy a number of website fixes.
The key details are: Planned closure: from Thursday, 1 October Planned reopening: no later than Monday, 12 October
If the work and our final checks are completed earlier, we’ll reopen the tool sooner.
The work includes changes to how Personalised Planning data is stored, which is the first step towards improving multi-user support and reducing the current reliance on locking an entire plan to a single user.
We expect the maintenance and website changes themselves to be largely unnoticeable to users once the tool reopens.
